Happy 15 Months Willsey...

Today my baby is 15 months old! Not really a baby anymore but in my eyes he is. Things that you are doing now...

climbing up stairs
climbing on our bed
climbing on furniture and getting yourself down
you are almost able to take a step up by yourself
you know when you have made a "poo" sorry...thought he might like to know
you can point out balls and snakes in the books we read
outside you know where to find flowers and how to smell them
you scrunch your nose to smell and it is the cutest pic ever
you are such a good eater...you love any berry and pretty much any veggie
you can drink a whole sippy cup of water in less than 3 minutes which shocks us
you smile so big when you see baby Einstein come on and you love to sit in daddy's lap
you have a mouth full of teeth and are now working on your K9's
soon we are going to start a swim class and I know you will love it just as much as you love water in general
you have the most beautiful crystal blue eyes that melt my heart
when you do something amazing, I tear up
people say you are wise beyond your year, I think so too
you sometimes like to sit in your room and "read" your books by yourself
you jump up and down in your crib like a monkey
at night when I go to bed, I always fix your blankets and watch you sleep. I kiss my hand and press it to your face
i am so blessed to have you in my life and so happy that today on your 15 month birthday the sun is shining for you
happy 15 month birthday my sweet Will
xoxo...mommy

The Power is out...what a moment

On Friday our power went out in the morning. Will was a bit disappointed when I had to heat his milk up the old fashioned way, with hot water. He and I were sitting on the living room floor watching the sun come up and out of the blue, he rested his head on my shoulder. It was so sweet.

I looked at him as he snuggled up to me and then I turned and looked outside. Here comes the lovey dovey moment...he looked up at me, grabbed my face and turned it towards his and then rested his head back on my shoulder. What a mommy moment I was having. I started to tear up! Every time a special moment happens with him or he reaches a milestone or I watch something that touches me I start to tear up! It's like all of a sudden you become a mom and water works appear? Do you have the mommy tears?

I asked Lew last night if he thought Will would mind me calling him bubsy when he was 16 and Lew was like yeah that's not going to happen. For now I will enjoy each and every mommy moment I can get, because this baby now toddler is growing up too quickly!

Happy Weekend to everyone! Hope the sun is shining where you are...

It's been a long...long...long...time...

It has been 3 long months since last posting! Hard to believe. But the mom/work/wife/side training business was a little hard for me to balance. I am now at home with Will and just doing in home personal training. My boss pretty much screwed me...he cut my hours back and I was not getting credit for all the sales I did. It made no sense to stay there for limited hours and still pay for Will's child care. So I am back...hopefully to stay.

There are so many pics and events that have happened in the last 3 months but I will start here with Easter. Will was not to into finding the eggs but would rather throw them like "balls". Which is his favorite word to say now. He has added Ma Ma, Da Da, Dog, Tank ooo (Thank you), and some more gibberish. I am just so surprised at how quickly my little bubsy is growing up.

It is so great to be back and catching up on blogs and posting about my little man, Will. Missed you all!

Golfer Hat, sweater vest and tie...who said boys are hard to shop for!

My attempt at a purple bunny cake

Will's teethy smile...just can't get enough!

I think I smell Mommy's Bunny cake...or maybe I am a Bunny!

My little Tiger Woods in training...

Teething is in full force in our household...what a trooper!
