You Know Its Time When...

You know it is time to potty train when your little bubsy has a special pooping spot. Where might you ask is Will's?

Underneath the dining room table. Thankfully not while we are eating.

But he quite enjoy sliding underneath the table with his binky, laying on his belly and doing his business. I don't blame him. Probably helps to get it out. He is one smart little bubsy.

It is the funniest thing too! I ask him if he pooped and he smiles at me and runs in the opposite direction. Little stinker! Literally.

So. This weekend we are going to get some pottys for our little guy and some training pants. I always heard that boys were harder to train than girls. But just maybe I might have hit the jackpot with my bubsy.

We are starting to ask more and more about the potty at our house. He pees on it a lot.. pooped a few times.. but some days wants nothing to do w/ it!

Good luck! So far Kyler was easier than Ella, but he was also over a year older when we trained him!

I have made a big production about potty training next week. I keep reminding the kids that when our box of diapers is empty, we are going to wear big kid underpants. They seem excited, but I know they are going to be little stink pots about this. Nothing is ever easy.

That's exciting! From the sound of it, your little guy is very bright. He'll do fine, I'm sure. ;) The standing up to pee (if he can reach) is the easy part. My first two wanted to be like daddy! The getting them to poop in the potty is a little trickier, but not impossible. Good luck!
